    3. I have a Cook in my family, but there are several branches of the family and it is difficult to pick out the links without a great deal of time in the Records office I think- imade a start last time I was there I have Ann COOK married George HULBERT 21st June 1819. Her parents are, I am now convinced, are Samuel COOK who died in1853 and Anne STINCHCOMBE born 1758 (I may have got that date from Geoffro rather than the GRO - it's undocumented in my tree) The tendance to use the family names however (Ann and George named their first son Samuel) suggests we may have a closely linked branch of COOKS. Henry & Susanna were married in 1804 or 1808, not sure. Yesterday evening on the LDS web site I found an ancestory file with no documentation on Susanna COOK. It shows her parents as: John COOK born 1747 and marrying Anna RODWAY (1745-1780) in Hawkesbury in 1757. It shows the father of John COOK as being Samuel COOK (1720-1795) of Hawkesbury. Can anyone help me with this. > Ted Wackerle Michigan wackerle@parrett.net > > > ==== ENG-GLO-HAWKESBURY Mailing List ==== > Email the Pond Dipper at ThePondDipper@HawkesburyFamilyHistory.co.uk > > ============================== > Join the RootsWeb WorldConnect Project: > Linking the world, one GEDCOM at a time. > http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/ > >
