Trying to tidy up all my COOPERs, I found the marriage at Hawkesbury on 14 May 1865 of Mary COOPER (age 23, dau of Edward COOPER) and John GARLAND. Checking back in the so useful transcription of the Hawkesbury IGI, and the 1851 census, the father Edward seems to be the son of Thomas COOPER and Ann THOMPSON, bap at Hawkesbury on 11 March 1801. He seems to have married Henrietta HATHAWAY at North Nibley on 24 Dec 1825, and according to the census they had children Edward (born c 1837 North Nibley) and Mary, who was born c 1842 at "Cherry Road", but was bap at Hawkesbury on 26 Feb 1853. Can anyone help with the following: 1. Did they have other children? 2. Where is "Cherry Road"? Is there any connection with the Radbourne Cherry which I found as a place somewhere (but cannot find now) Anyone else out there working on this COOPER line? Bob Lawrence
