Hi everyone, According to the information I have in my database, the father of Margaret Neate (who married Lawrence Alway in Nettleton in 1584), is a Thomas Neate. However I have recently bought a copy of the British Vital Records Index V2, and it lists baptisms for Nettleton from 1557-1663 and marriages 1583-1599 and 1605. These seem to indicate Margaret's father was John (and her mother Jone). Does anyone know where the father of Thomas came from?
