Samuel was the son of Ely CHAPPELL and Ann Lawrence HISCOX. Sarah was the daughter of William SAINSBURY and Mary. Sarah's brother William Albert SAINSBURY married Mary Ann CHAPPELL - Samuel's sister. I have more information about this family if you want it. By the way, I had a look for your Richard WATTS, Quaker yesterday. He doesn't appear to have been buried in Oldbury on the Hill.
