On a visit to Gloucester Record Office last week, I found the marriage entry of Robert MARKLOVE alias ISAAC and Mary GOWING/GOWEN at Charfield in 1775. On the IGI there is a possible baptism for Robert - ROBERT s/o Rebecca Isaac 10 Feb 1747 Cromhall. Could Robert Marklove Isaac be the illegitimate son of Robert MARKLOVE, yeoman of Cromhall?
