Inquest on Arthur Charles AUST, aged 63 of Hawkesbury Upton who died as a result of an accident in Fishponds that oaacuured on July 1st. According to witnesses Mr Aust led his pony and trap out suddenly in front of a tramcar. The car knocked down the pony which pulled down the man and kicked him, fracturing his ribs. Walter George Teagle, the driver of the tramcar applied brakes but could not have avoided the accident happening. Mr Aust's widow was satisfied that no blame could be attached to Mr Teagle.
