I came across this one on the 1901 census living at Hallenbrook, the property adjoining mine in Hallen, South Glos., which might be helpful to someone on the list. Henry Blaken Thompson Hulbert, aged 18, single, born Somerset Frome, footman (domestic) - Head of household was Henry Charles Anstey, Solicitor. Thanks Richard - Actually that is 4 Hawkesbury names as Annie Thompson (someone we know about) married Thomas Anstey who in turn was best man at grandfather Edward Hulbert's marriage! In addition we know of some Thompsons who moved to Somerset - and Thomas Anstey farmed near Frome for some years - indeed was there in 1901! Well spotted ... All I have to do now is work out who this person is!
