Hi listeners, Please can I ask for help again, lots of lovely people tried to help but no luck last time. I have certificates that say George Thomas Davies was born abt 1830 in Stroud, Gloucestershire. In Australia if you purchase children's certificates it gives place of birth of parent and after three certificates all saying Stroud, I am pretty sure that is correct. My problem is I cannot find Thomas or his family even though I have had Parish records that are available for Stroud on film. St Nicholas, Old Chapel, and Weslayan. Please could anyone tell me if there are churches that have not been filmed that cover those years and if so which ones they are? Thomas's Father is John Davies. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Best wishes. Pat.
Hi Pat Could you give me more info please there are a number of options for your George DAVIES in the Stroud area.
