HI Eric It worked for me but I ended up with all Thomas SHARPs in all of the USA. The advanced search (narrowing it down to year of birth) didn't work! Carol If you "register" you DON'T have to do the usual thing of giving Ancestry your credit card for a future subscription and you can then do more detailed searches - I have made a bit of progress with my Moffat family as a result ...
