Put me down on your list for a 'Listers Get Together', I like the suggestion. Have you had any luck with Hawkesbury School re their school registers? I also have another suggestion, could someone record the names on the War Memorial in Hawkesbury Upton and make them available to listers as I found 2 people recorded there that I have since added to my family tree. I thought it might be another useful piece of information for Hawkesbury listers. The two names I discovered I then fed into The Commonwealth War Graves Commission web site and bingo it told me the name and address of the parents. Sadly one of the young men,I have since discovered, lied about his age in order to go to war but then this was not uncommon and the parents George and Susannah Carter lost 2 sons within 6 months of each other.
