I don't think so? The Joseph I have was baptised on 4 Jun 1820 at the same time as George and Eliza. There is a gap between the baptism of Elizabeth in 1810 and Ann, Sarah, George, Joseph & Eliza who were all baptised in 1820. My thinking is that Ann, Sarah, George, Joseph and Eliza were probably born between 1810 and 1820.
