Hi John Welcome to the list! There is a place called Brentry which is fairly close to W-o-T in Bristol - I wonder if this could be the "Brenting" you mention. I know nothing of the area, or of the home you mention, other than the fact that an aunt of mine used to live there. W-o-T and Brentry were quite well to do areas. There is another Westbury locally but its in Wiltshire. I think the Bristol is your most likely candidate.
