Hello to all, I am hoping that there is someone out there who may be able to help with William WHITEHEAD born YORK c1840. He later moved to HULL. He was by trade a Master Boot Maker and somewhere in the depths of my misty mind I seem to recall someone giving me at least 2 WHITEHEADs either from the 1851 Census for YORK ot a Trade Directory.By what I recall, they were Cordwainers or Bootmakers. I am actually trying to trace a different (I think) WHITEHEAD to mine. I have promised an elderly friend that I would try to trace her WHITEHEAD family for her.
