Hello all... I was wondering if someone out there might enlighten me as to when births started to be registered. I have it written down somewhere but can not seem to find it at the moment. I am looking for birth certs. for 1870 and 1867. Do you think that I will be able to find them? Will they exist? thanks, Beverley, BC, Canada
