Hello!Yorkies around the World and esp.Yorkshire!:)), Can anyone tell me if there are any Military Museums in or around Hull, or York,please? I'd like to have a photograph c 1874 of Volunteers/Militia in the East Yorkshire Regiment identified and donate a copy to the Museum-if there is time when I am in York. TIA Carol Martin

Hi Carol There is the WW11 museum at Eden Camp near Malton in Yorkshire, also their is now Fort Paul at Paull, just East of Hull, sorry haven't got contact details, but both should have a presence on the web, so a little search should find them. Can't think of any others. you could try the Castle museum in York as well, maybe.
