I copied Kevin Shucksmith,s list of census dates and had the years 1841 - 1891 confirmed from my book Explore the Family's Past from Readers Digest. A very good book which covers virtually everything to do with genealogy; even old hand writing. It appears Anne's dates may be incorrect, but I would stand to be corrected. Peter (N/C upon Tyne)

I've just done a further check - the PRO site also gives the dates I gave originally - if we can assume they have got it right! Regards Anne
