Hello all... Well, I have a question. If a birth cert. has the mother down as the informant, does this most likely mean that the father was deceased? I have a birth cert. here that is for a Frances Ann PARKER, dated 28 June 1886, Goodmanham. Her father is listed as being John Thomas PARKER but the informant is Ann PARKER (mother). I have not been able to find even Frances on the 1901 census. She should have been about 15 in 1901. She was married in 1906 in Goodmanham, so I am assuming that she never strayed far from her home town. Any suggestions as to what my next move should be? I was also wondering, if by chance, there was anyone out there that might be able to do a search for the parents of Frances? They would be John Thomas PARKER and Ann BLANCHARD. Any help here would be very appreciated.
