Could someone please explain what is going on at Beverley Registry Office. I ordered a Marriage Cert' on the 10th of Oct',paying cash,in person,& I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.(5 weeks later!)Despite several phone calls. Surely there is no excuse for this degree of incompetence & delay. Ken Pickering.
