The death records on the LDS data base are pretty incomplete. You sometimes even find great little entries on cause of death in the parish records. For instance, my 5th great grandfather died in a "hurricane" in Yorkshire while loading hay into a wagon. Apparently he was blown off the load. I would never have known that had I not stumbled on his death entry when looking through the parish microfilm for someone else. He was not listed on the LDS database.
