Dear Listers I have been searching a film from the LDS of the Parish registers for St Mary's Church, Sculcoates as my Robert ROEBUCK married Frances JOHNSON there in 1814. There were no ROEBUCKs mentionned on the film, earlier than this marriage so my brick wall is, where was he baptised and who were his parents. Robert would have been born c1792, possibly in the Hull area. I was also looking for the baptism of Stephen JOHNSON c1784, parents Robert and Mary JOHNSON as Stephen gave Hull as his birthplace on the 1851 census and he is the sister of Frances JOHNSON who married there. If anyone can offer suggestions on where to look next or has these people on their tree, I would love to hear from them. Regards Sue Sharman Picton, NZ
