Hi List, Thank you for the email...I really didn`t think that offering to help others as I have been helped so kindly on this list, would cause offence to anyone...I just wanted to put a bit back into helping others. I know how hard researching can be and how delighted we all feel when we have a breakthrough...however small, and I put aside my whole Sunday in order to do the lookups for people. Four people who answered my posting asked where the booklets came from, and I have emailed back with EYFHS address so that they can purchase the books themselves.....I myself did not know that the booklets existed until 3 weeks ago when someone from this list kindly told us all about them. I myself am now looking into volunteer transcribing...so that I can give something back...and I would be more than happy for anything I transcribe to be seen by as many people as possible as that is the whole point...to make treeing research more widely available to everyone. If I have offended anyone then I apologise, but any offence was unintentional, Dawn
