I wonder if someone on the list could steer me in the right direction. I have a Mary DOBSON who had 3 illigitimate children born in Easington, East Yks. John 1760, William 1762 & Robert 1768. I'm sure she must have needed parish relief to help with the support of these children & wondered which records are available. There was a bastardy record for William where Mary named the alleged father as William DUGGLEBY of Benningholme Grange. Hoping to find more information on Mary & her sons.
