These publication are brought to us solely by the unselfish volunteers of the FHS and breaches of copyright do result in the loss of sales and have a serious affect on the future publication of further genealogical information. You should always seek the permission of the copyright holder when offering to undertake look ups and usually such permission is freely granted subject to certain conditions. It is a condition of all Rootsweb lists that NO breaches of copyright are allowed and I would respectfully request that all list members abide by those rules when posting directly to the list.
