Hi Caroline, I am afraid I can find no sign of a Catherine COOK(E) in the 1851 indexes. I have checked HOLY TRINITY1,2,&3, EAST SCULCOATES, WEST SCULCOATES, SUTTON on HULL & District and HEDON, DRYPOOL & District. These are the areas that cover the Hull areas. Kind regards. Jean Garforth.
