Hi, I think I'm the one you're referring to, and thanks for keeping me in mind. Is it by any chance Gary Woodforth you're thinking of? I know he's in Australia and I've been in touch with him and exchanged info. However, the branch that is giving me the problems is further down from where his clan takes off, so I would be delighted to hear of anyone else more closely related, i.e., from when the family left Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire and moved to Hessle - albeit briefly. Judging from some photos we have, I'm sure there were younger boys, possibly also born in Hessle after the 1881 census. Hope springs eternal!
