Hello everyone Going through some of my old folders I came across the following which may help someone who is new to the Rootsweb lists. In July 1999 Carol posted a list of names of those buried in Wetherby, in alphabetical order. The Subject is Burials at Wetherby and the site is the Yorksgen archives at http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl There were other parish records published around this time (1998-1999) from both NRY and ERY villages eg Skipwith, Skirpenbeck, South Milford, Slingsby, Kirbymisperton, Kirbymoorside, Hovingham, Huntington, Stamford Bridge, Stillingfleet, Thorganby, Sheriff Hutton all transcribed by Patricia Porter. Mark Gatenby did Egton Bridge in May 1999 and Sand Hutton in June 1999 and Carlton Minniott in March 1999 Chris Ireland did North Burton in January 1999 Mike Breary did Mirfield in May 1999 Pat Cook did Eastrington in March 1999 Jeaner44 did Cayton in November 1999 Well worth a browse for those with folk in the area especially now you know a name and date to chase for the postings Apologies to those who get cross postings of this but I think some of the newer folk may find the information useful. I seem only to be able to find the search page that allows searches back as far as 2000 but no further. Can anyone tell me how I can get back to the information mentioned for 1998 or 1999?
