Hi Beryl I have 15 Ann UNDERWOOD's in my database but only 2 are from the 1700's. Unfortunately neither of them appear to be your Ann. I am also struggling somewhat with my Underwood line in the 1700's but mine are from the Hemingbrough and subsequently the Blacktoft area although there are possible links to Barmby on the Marsh and Asselby.
