    3. Hi Angela. As far as I know, the 1891 census is... John Hagues Head 52 born Arnold market gardenr. Emma Hagues Wife 52 Hessle Gertrude Hagues 24 Daughter Francis H Hagues 12 Son Cottingham Charles 10 Son Cottingham Ann Hagues 4 Grandaughter. Cottingham. Arthur Hagues 2 Grandson Cottingham. I have not seen the census myself. All I need to know is who are the parents of Ann and Arthur. Ann has been a bit of a mystery to the family and I have found it hard to track her down. I did suppose that she might have been born out of wedlock but, not sure. Thank you for your help. 3. Hi Sue Found them now - transcribed as HAGNER I assume you have 1881 census which has daughter Martha Ann Un 19 Gertrude 14 James Frank 10 If Ann & Arthur were born out of wedlock then you have candidates Martha, Gertrude and if in wedlock James Frank The only way you will find the parents is to get the birth certificates looks as if the ref are: Ann Mar 1887 Sculcoates 9d, page 129 Arthur Jun 1889 Sculcoates 9d page 134 I have been unable to find Ann and Arthur in 1901 for further clues Kind regards Angela >From: "susan nielsen" <[email protected]> >Reply-To: [email protected] >To: [email protected] >Subject: Re: [ERY] hagues >Date: Sat, 18 Feb 2006 06:54:13 +1000 > >Hi Angela. >As far as I know, the 1891 census is... >John Hagues Head 52 born Arnold market gardenr. >Emma Hagues Wife 52 Hessle >Gertrude Hagues 24 Daughter >Francis H Hagues 12 Son Cottingham >Charles 10 Son Cottingham >Ann Hagues 4 Grandaughter.
