Hello Trish, The EYFHS (East Yorkshire Family History Society) have transcribed 1000 of the MIs in the Hedon Road Cemetery and have the booklet for sale at a very reasonable price. For anyone who isn't a member, please visit their site: _www.eyfhs.org.uk_ (http://www.eyfhs.org.uk) . For anyone with East Riding roots I can highly recommend membership. I have met many 'cousins' and learned a lot through their pages. Hellen/Ellen STEPHENSON married James RANK and she is buried with her husband and his 1st wife whose maiden name was Mary PARROTT. There are 4 RANK family graves situated side by side and another one for Emily Reta RANK in another part of the cemertery. Baron J. Arthur died in Winchester, Hampshire, so I presume he is buried there, unless, having died in relatively modern times, (1972), his grave hasn't been included in the EYFHS publication.
