Hello Peter, My wife is the gg niece of Ellen STEPHENSON (b 12 Jan 1834) who married James RANK (d 24 Oct 1974). As far as I have been able to trace (and I haven't done a great deal on this line yet) they had 8 children: Alice (b1863) Frederick (ditto - twins?) William Henry (b1864) Ada (b1866) Clara (b 1871) Tom W (b1872) Sarah Ann (b1874) Annie (b1875) I've got a fair amount on the STEPHENSON line both forward and back from there.
