    3. Hi Neil 1891 census you will find Richard living on Low Street, Sancton with his wife Emma and their children John William, Jane, John Thomas, Mary and Alfred. I checked the 1881 census and the family were living at High Street, Sancton. Hope this helps. Richard was a blacksmith on the High Street moving to Low? Street in 1901. I can't find them (or any Oxtoby's in Sancton on the 1891 census on Genes. Is Sancton there or is it missing? does someone know what I'm doing wrong?
