Hello Beverley The death certificate should say if there was an inquest. I have just looked on GENUKI and Aldborough is in the West Riding of Yorkshire, Aldbrough is in the East Riding. If no-one can help before then I am going to the British Newspaper Library in Colindale in London in October and could look then. The last time I was there I managed to find inquest reports for some of mine. I know you can pay the staff at the Record Office to do a search for you. I hope this helps.
