Hello Having joined your ranks recently I would like to post my interests as the ABBOTT and CLEMMENTS families. Eliza CLEMMENTS married William ABBOTT who was from Dedham, in Ardleigh on 28 November 1829. I cannot find anyone of either family in either parish before that date although they both say on the marriage certificate that they were born in Ardleigh and Dedham respectively. Can SKS help me. Also I am trying to get details of relatives, one was in the London County Council fire brigade and the other was a District Nurse in Tottenham both in the early 1900's.Does anyone know where I should search to get at these organisations records.
