    3. Monique, John P LAWS would be a good source, although he is presently recovering from heart surgery. I am tracking LAW(E)S of the FENS by logging into a spreadsheet all references to LAW(E)S I can find from the region. I presently have 316 entries. Unfortunately, I have concentrated on the time period of the 1800's. The earliest person I have is 1666 and the latest was 1890. What I can tell you is I have found concentrations of LAWS in Lakenheath and Mildenhall in Sfk. I find several Ann LAWS's particularly in Lakenheath between 1742 and 1850. Brenda MASTERS is a researcher that has done allot of work with the LAWS in this area of Suffolk. I have her email at home and can forward this. By the way, I am finding more and more that most of these LAWS of the Fens are related. I have found relation links between these SUffolk LAWS and LAWS in the Norfolk villages of Feltwell, Southery, Hilgay, Methwold and Hockwold Cum Wilton plus Littleport, Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire. If nothing else, check parish records in these villages. Good luck! John Stuart LAWS john@laws.tc Portland, Oregon, USA Hi List I am searching for any info on these Suffolk families.
