Other names include: Atkinson; Barker; Boddy; Cowling;Dixon; Donlan; Dryden; English; Ferguson; Fortune; French; Gray; Griffith(s);Harrison; Henderson; Hodgson; Hutchinson; Lancaster; Metcalf; Raine; Stephenson; Wake; Wood Some are from he 1700's to the early 1900's, but the Olivers start in Earsdon, Northumberland c. 1700. Hi Ruth - My surname, Raine, appears on your list. My Raines were from County Durham/Yorkshire, the area around Middleton-in-Teesdale and Holwick, then into Darlington about 1882.
