Hi, I am new to the list and I am researching my Dent family who I have traced back to the Barningham, Hope and Scargill area, formerly of Yorkshire but now in County Durham. I would love to here from anyone who is connected to them or as any information about the family. Also if anyone has access to the 1851,1861,1871 or 1891 census I would be very grateful if you could please do a lookup for me, for any Dent's in the area, because for some reason the Barningham returns are not held in Leeds library.
