A search of the on-line birth index for the Teeside area at middlesbrough-indexes.co.uk shows : Harry A.G. Inness birth registered at Stockton in 1892 (ref.W-020-0080 Byron.R. as above in 1897 (ref.W-025-0103) Gilbert.S as above in 1899 (W-027-0332) I am not sure if you can order certificates on-line.
