Hi Pat, I would be interested in the 1861 census information on these families as I have found that Elizabeth Inniss husband Rodger DEA and their son John (Edward) DEA in the New York, US on the US 1880 census, living in a boarding house. On the census it is listed that Rodger Dea is married but have not be able to find Elizabeth or her daughters. Also on the English 1881 Census can't find what happened to William INNES and his wife Hannah Spink and their family or Susannah BAKER nee INNISS or her daughters. At the moment I am reading the film for marriages 1866-1888 St Thomas Church, Stockton in the hope of finding the marriages for the female Baker members of my line. Don't know if Susannah Baker nee Inniss remarried or not and this is why I can't find her on the 1881 census.Keep your fingers crossed that I get some answers to these question from this film and not another lot of just questions. Will be away for 10 days from the 8th Feb., off to see the grandchildren . Hope to hear from you soon Rose ----- Original Message ----- From: "patricia maleary" <patricia.maleary@ntlworld.com> To: <ENG-DURHAM-YORKS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, February 07, 2003 12:20 AM Subject: Re: [D'hamYorks] Re: Marriages for female Bakers > Hi Rose, > I still haven't had time for any research but after looking > thro' various info found this. > UK BMD exchange > INNES > Duncan Septimus married Mary Corner 8 April 1860, Castle Eden, Co. Rory, The IGI has a marriage in 1865 in Egton of William ROE born about 1842, to Annaliza PENNOCK, who was born 6 June 1846 in Egton, Yorks, daughter of James PENNOCK and Hannah OXLEY. Might you be looking for a second marriage? It also offers a christening of William ROE on 6 Jul 1840, at St. Hedda RC, Egton, Yorks, son of Thomas ROE and Mary Ann FRANKLOAND.
