My interests are as follows: ALDERSON: William and his wife Mary (nee JOBLING) moved around between South Cowton, Shildon, Yarm and Seaton Carew. William was variously a butcher, grocer and postman. WILSON: John, son of William, was born either at Cockfields or Hamsterley around 1823. In 1845 he married Christiana JOBLING at East Cowton. I would be pleased to hear from anyone with the same interests. Anne from Somerset West, South Africa annefc@intekom.co.za
Hi, Although not actually researching JOBLING I would appreciate any info you may be able to help me with. I am researching SCOTT and I have Gibson SCOTT on the 1881 census at Moorlands Cottage. Census Place Clifford Cum Boston, York. Eng. He is with his wife Annie SCOTT and sister in law MARGARET JOBLING. I presume Annie was Annie Jobling. I would welcome any help.
