    3. I agree, my Father did two censuses in the 1960's and he used to say about how daft the people were. They didn't know how to fill the forms in, or what information was needed. AND he said about the hand writing - you couldn't read half of it. He also said that they said to him, what good is the information - NOBODY WILL SEE IT AND IT DOESN'T MATTER. OH dear, if only they had known!!!!!!!!!! 3. Yes, I agree. That is until my Father took the census in the 1960's. Then I found out that the public were not so good in filling in the forms, because Dad had to fill them in for the people because they couldn't understand them!!!!!!!!!!!! 3. I am looking for anybody with this connection, so that I might gain some more information from you please. Has anyone got FLORENCE MAYBRICK (the wife of James Maybrick), the so called JACK THE RIPPER on their family tree. The reason that I need to trace her and her illegitimate son is that she had the son with one of my husband's relations. She had a affair with HENRY STANLEY FLINN I think that this was before she was married. I know that the son was adopted by a Mr and Mrs Graham of Hartlelpool Durham, his adopted name was William. Hoping that svks can help me in this matter. TIA Diane Sowden
