I am researching on my maternal side for details of the Georgeson family, my earliest find is a James Georgeson born about 1795 in Hull, England. James married about 1822 an Elizabeth Anderson born about 1798, they had children :- James abt 1822, Robert abt 1824, William abt 1826 George abt 1827 all born in Hull. Robert (abt 1822) married in 1845 to Elizabeth Thompson, born abt 1826 in Gateshead, Durham. They had the following children that we know about :- Jane abt 1843, Ralph abt 1846, Thomas abt 1847, James 1849, Mary 1851, Robert 1853 (Dec), Robert 1854, Hannah 1864, Sarah 1865 and Elizabeth 1866. Hannah born 3 Jan 1864, died 1941 in Australia, married 26 Mar 1881 to Richard Pearson b. 28 May 1861 at Felling, died 1943 in Wallsend, Australia. They had at least the following children :- Esther 1882 in Gateshead, George Gladstone 1884 in Gateshead, Robert Georgeson 1897 in South Shields, Honora 1888 in Gateshead, Richard 1893 in Gateshead, Jane Elizabeth 1896 in Gateshead (dec) in 1899, Jane Gladstone 1900 in South Shields. Jane Gladstone married in 1918 to Samuel Wile born 1887 in Jesmond, New South Wales, Jane died in 1967 and Samuel was killed in 1950. Do you have any of these people in your tree?
