Searching for Cockburns from Durham, mainly ggggrandparents Edmund 1805-1867 married to Catherine (?) from Scotland 1810-1899. Edmund is buried in St.Pauls church yard Spennymoor, Durham and Catherine is buried in Willington Cemetery, Co. Durham. don't know maiden name. Only child I know of is My ggfather Joseph married to Mary Roberts on December 31, 1866 at Whitworth Parish Church.Mary died at Page Bank co. Durham and edmund in co. durham. They had 8 children, edmund, evan, catherine, isabella, barbara, mary and 2 josephs.Mary's parents are Evan and Isabella Stephenson Roberts of Lambton, Co.Durham.
