Hello, listers, I found my 1901 census page, in Gateshead, that says that my great grandmother was: Jessie Marchbank, daughter, 6, female, born in North Land Newcastle Lynn her sister is listed also as: Esther Marchbank, daughter, 3, female, born in North Land Newcastle Lynn This was a census page I got online from the PRO site. It must have been transcribed from the original census documents by someone. Many listers have suggested that it might really be Newcastle Lyme, meaning Newcastle under Lyme, in Staffordshire. I thank everyone who replied, I really appreciate it! Janet in Canada _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 helps eliminate e-mail viruses.
