Philadelphia Reveley, of Newby Wiske, North Yorkshire, married Langdale Smithson, esquire, the second son of Sir Hugh Smithson, Bart. They had one son, Hugh, born at Newby Wiske, North Yorkshire. He became Sir Hugh Smithson when he succeeded his grandfather. He became the Duke of Northumberland when he married the Lady Elizabeth Seymour. However, he changed his name to Percy.
