Mary Ann SURTEES died on 27th April l899, aged 53 yrs. at 93 High Street, Jarrow. Her husband, Edward, died ca. l9l5. Does anyone know whether there are any monumental inscription indexes for the Jarrow area? I was wondering whether they might have been buried at the local church, rather than a municipal cemetery.
