Heathery Cleugh (at the top of Weardale) registers are in Durham County Record Office and will have the full entry. Note, however, that they were married just about six weeks to early to have a "modern" parish register entry/marriage certificate, so the actual entry, on the sort of form in use from 1813 to 1837, will probably not tell you much more than that basic information.
