Further to this, my earlier answer, another look at my database shows that the children of this couple were (or at least included): Mary Jane bap 12 Sep 1823 Thomas Softley bap 18 Apr 1825 Sarah Ann bap 19 Aug 1827 Esther Ellen bap 17 June 1829 George bap 17 June 1829 James Softly bap 24 Feb 1831 It looks as though Esther Ellen and George were probably twins.
