Hi list, I have an ancestor who is on the 1851 in Poplar,London, who says he came from (looks like) Cornwell,Gateshead,Durham. The Gateshead and Durham are clear, but I have been unable to find a place sounding like Cornwell in Durham. I will be grateful for any suggestions. Many thanks Ann
