Hi Les I suspect a scam As there are restrictions on certain records which they would be breaking the law having access to and publishing I have to wonder what they do have access to and if you could get the same elsewhere for free or cheaper Phone numbers? Electoral Rolls? If you google for the website address and the word scam you get many hits most advertising their services but others none to pleased with the results of searches paid for on the site I would have to ask what it is you expect to find on there?
