Thanks Stan, As it was the Durham "County" Council site I thought it was for all of the County. I guess I should have used the Office "drop down" feature and would have found Durham Central, Eastern, Northern and Western regions. I was born in England so I do understand, or did, about Durham City and County, but for those born elsewhere, perhaps confusing?
